HISTORY IN A NUTSHELL: The club formed in 1913 and were named All Boys due to the young ages of its founding members. They followed the tradition of the bigger teams in Argentina by using English for their name. They have played in the lower leagues of Argentine football for most of their history although from 2010 they had a four year spell in La Primera. All Boys have won the Primera B Metroplitana on three occasions (1972, 1993 and 2008) and have won the Primera C Metroplitana twice (1946 and 1950).
Former players include Ariel Ortega, Nicolas Cambiasso (Brother of Esteban Cambiasso) and Carlos Tevez who was part of their youth team from 1992 to 1996.
DID YOU KNOW?: In 2010, as huge underdogs, All Boys beat Rosario Central 3 - 0 away from home in the 2nd leg of the playoff promotion match after drawing the 1st game at home 1 - 1. Victory resulted in Promotion to the Primera for the first time in 30 years.
TOP TIPS: On Avenida Segurola (1550 - 1600) is an All Boys restaurant with memorabilia and traditional barbecue food. It is worth checking out if you are at the stadium early on a match day or are visiting the ground on a non match day.
