PRE MATCH: Tigre have a vociferous support and pre match fans gather, sing and let of fireworks before walking to the ground in unison. They will gather close to Victoria train station where the streets of Santamarina and 3 de Febrero meet.

HISTORY IN A NUTSHELL: Tigre were founded on the 3rd of August in 1903 by a group of men led by Jose Dellagiovanna. They first played in the Primera division in 1913. Tigre have one league title to their name coming in 2021. They have also won the 2nd division on 4 occasions and the Copa de la Superliga once.

DID YOU KNOW?: In 1982 Tigre set an attendance record for a 2nd division game in Argentina. 70,000 people attended a game between Tigre and San Lorenzo at El Monumental 

TOP TIPS: It is worth spending the whole day in Tigre. Situated on the Parana delta it is easily reachable by bus or the scenic Tren De La Costa. The train takes 30 minutes from Buenos Aires.
